The mission of the Laurinburg Optimist Club is to create a positive environment for the successful development of the kids in our local community. A small amount of time can make big difference in a kid's life. The Laurinburg Optimist Club, as well as all Optimist Clubs has many success stories of kids that got their start in Optimist sponsored programs.
Look through our membership roster to see if there is someone on the roster that you know; if there is contact them about sponsoring you at one of our upcoming meetings. If you are new in town, don't know anyone on our roster, are new to what being an Optimist is all about and you would like some assistance in becoming an Optimist contact Ron Riggins(club President at the Scotland Inn 910-276-0632) or inquire at the concession stand at our ballpark).
